Documents can be scanned or simply sent as a clear, high-resolution cell phone photo. You can send them through the online translation service on this site, or to info@allytranslation.com, or as an SMS text message to +1-956-997-5555.
For official documents, we'll send the translations accompanied by signed certifications as a PDF file via email. For other projects, you can specify the format you would like.
For official documents with one or two pages, you will receive your translation within 24-48 hours. If you need it sooner, please contact us to ask about express service. For longer documents, we will notify you of the time required when we send you a quote.
Yes, we have certified international translators and can certify documents for global acceptance or for specific uses in the U.S. and Mexico. If you are unsure of what you need, please contact us to explain your situation.
Ally Translation's certification is accepted without notarization by the vast majority of institutions in the U.S. If your instructions specifically state that the translation must be notarized in addition to being certified, please contact us to ask about the time frame and cost.
